Message from the ACVREP Board of Directors about the impact of COVID-19 on applicants for Certification

ACVREP has been in extensive dialogue with university personnel around the issues facing those of you who are trying to complete your internships and those of you who need to take your certification exam.

These are very uncertain times and it is difficult to outline specific action when so much is still uncertain about when testing centers and internship placements will be open again.

What we can assure you, at this time, is that we will work with each of you individually to extend the certification timelines as needed.  Please contact kzeider@acvrep.org if you have concerns about your timelines to complete certain certification requirements.  We will work with you to ensure that your application is not cancelled if timelines are not met because of the closures due to the virus.

Also, please be assured ACVREP and your university professors are working together to address the issues that impact you.  We will continue to keep you advised as more definitive information becomes available.
