The Sight Center of Northwest Ohio has a full-time opportunity for a Vision Rehabilitation Therapist or Certified Low Vision Therapist to join its professional and enthusiastic team. A 501(c)3 non-profit agency serving 18 counties in Northwest Ohio for nearly a century, our team makes a difference in hundreds of lives annually. This position will provide both clinic and community-based services to people who are blind or visually impaired.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Vision Rehabilitation Therapy from an accredited program. ACVREP Certifiable. Assistive Technology experience a plus. Criminal (fingerprinting) and employment background investigations will be conducted as a condition of hire.
Duties: Provide clinic and community based low vision/ADL evaluations and training to people of all ages who reside in 18 counties of Northwest Ohio. Serve as a member of our interdisciplinary vision rehabilitation team.
